AITA for Not Knowing My Supervisor Lives in His Truck and Makes Less Than Me? Yesterday, my supervisor made a rare appearance at the job site. Normally, I handled everything on my own for my entire shift, so seeing him there was unusual and a bit unsettling.

Changing a guy to salary is sometimes just a scam to stop paying overtime. At some companies, you have to be very careful about accepting one of these “promotions”.
